Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an experienced LPN to serve as Memory Care Supervisor at our McLean, VA community. This leadership role oversees CNA staff and coordinates care for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia.
Supervisor responsibilities:
• Oversee CNA team on assigned shift and ensure consistent care delivery
• Conduct medication passes and administer treatments
• Lead morning meetings and communicate shift updates to team
• Monitor residents for behavioral and physical changes
• Mentor new CNAs and provide ongoing coaching and education

Requirements
What you need to qualify
✓Active Virginia LPN license required
✓Minimum 2 years LTC experience including memory care
✓Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
✓BLS certification required
✓Dementia care certification a plus
