Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor resident health status and document changes
• Coordinate care with RNs, CNAs and therapy staff
• Communicate with residents' families regarding care updates
• Participate in care planning meetings

What you need to qualify
✓Active Virginia LPN license required
✓Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred
✓BLS certification required
✓Strong communication and compassion skills
✓Available weekdays and alternating weekends
