Night shift responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled and PRN medication passes
• Conduct nightly skin assessments and document findings
• Respond to resident call lights and emergencies
• Communicate pertinent information to oncoming day shift
• Complete incident reports and notify family members as needed

What you need to qualify
✓Active Kentucky LPN license required
✓Assisted living or nursing home experience preferred
✓BLS certification required
✓Ability to work independently on night shift
✓Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
