Our LPNs play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to medically complex patients requiring extended hospitalization. Your duties include: • Assist RNs in administering medications, IV therapy and wound care • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to supervising RN • Perform catheter care, tracheostomy care and ostomy care • Document nursing care accurately in the electronic health record • Provide compassionate emotional support to long-term patients and families
