What this role involves
Houston Methodist Hospital is expanding its Level III NICU and seeking experienced NICU RNs to care for our most vulnerable patients. Join a team of specialists dedicated to giving every premature and critically ill newborn the best start in life.
Responsibilities:
• Provide developmentally supportive care to premature and critically ill neonates
• Manage mechanical ventilators, CPAP and high-flow nasal cannula
• Monitor and interpret neonatal vital signs and lab values
• Support families through education and kangaroo care
• Participate in neonatal resuscitations
