What this role involves
Sunrise Senior Living is looking for dedicated CNAs for our specialized Memory Care neighborhood in McLean, VA. If you have a passion for working with seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia, we want you on our team.
Your responsibilities:
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing and grooming
• Provide compassionate dementia care using person-centered approaches
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support residents during meals and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
