LPN — Inpatient Rehabilitation

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Birmingham, AL. Our rehab hospital helps patients recovering from strokes, TBI, spinal cord injuries and joint replacements regain independence and return home. Responsibilities: • Administer medications and monitor patient response • Assist therapists with patient transfers and mobility during therapy sessions • Perform ADL assessments and document functional progress • Provide wound care and catheter management • Support patients through the emotional challenges of rehabilitation
