What you will do:
• Administer medications including IV antibiotics and tube feedings per RN care plan
• Perform wound care, catheter care and tracheostomy care
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising RN
• Educate patients and family caregivers on care techniques
• Complete thorough visit documentation in Kinnser software

What you need to qualify
✓Active Georgia LPN license required
✓Home health or private duty experience preferred
✓BLS certification required
✓Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
✓IV therapy certification a plus
