Labor & Delivery RN — High Risk OB

Johns Hopkins Hospital is hiring High-Risk OB RNs for our nationally ranked Women's and Children's Center in Baltimore, MD. Our MFM program manages the most complex maternal-fetal conditions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Responsibilities: • Provide specialized nursing care to high-risk antepartum and intrapartum patients • Monitor and interpret fetal heart rate tracings and maternal hemodynamics • Assist with high-risk deliveries including preterm, multiples and placenta previa • Administer magnesium sulfate, oxytocin and other high-alert medications • Support families through complicated and emotionally challenging pregnancies
