ICU RN — Surgical Trauma ICU

UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital is hiring Surgical Trauma ICU RNs for our Level I Trauma Center in Aurora, CO. Our STICU cares for post-operative and trauma patients requiring the highest level of critical care nursing. Responsibilities: • Provide 1:1 or 1:2 nursing care to post-surgical and trauma patients • Manage chest tubes, arterial lines, CVPs and advanced hemodynamic monitoring • Collaborate with trauma surgeons, intensivists and OR nursing staff • Perform rapid response to deteriorating patients • Participate in trauma education and simulation training
