Neurology / Stroke RN — Stroke Center

Mass General Brigham is hiring Neurology RNs for our certified Comprehensive Stroke Center in Boston, MA. Our Neurology unit cares for patients with stroke, seizures, Parkinson's disease, MS and other complex neurological conditions. Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive neurological assessments using NIH Stroke Scale • Administer tPA and monitor for bleeding complications • Respond rapidly to stroke alerts and code stroke activations • Manage patients post-thrombectomy and post-craniotomy • Educate patients and families on stroke prevention and recovery
