What this role involves
Aveanna Healthcare is hiring part-time Home Health RNs to care for medically fragile children in their homes across the Atlanta, GA metro area. Join the largest pediatric home health agency in the USA.
What you will do:
• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs (trach, vent, G-tube)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Train and educate family caregivers on equipment and procedures
• Document patient progress and communicate with the multidisciplinary team
• Build lasting therapeutic relationships with patients and families
